How do I get started with placing a title order?
It’s simple:

What services do you provide as part of the title and settlement process?
Our services cover every detail of a closing. We:
- Order title, tax, and lien searches
- Prepare title commitments identifying liens, encumbrances, easements, unpaid taxes, and restrictions
- Verify the seller’s legal right to transfer ownership (individual or entity)
- Act as liaison between all parties, collecting and recording documents
- Ensure outstanding items are paid at settlement and receipts/invoices are tracked
- Hold and distribute funds as a neutral third party
- Prepare deeds and settlement statements
- Ensure compliance with the purchase agreement and lender requirements
- Communicate with attorneys, municipal offices, tax collectors, the Department of Revenue, and payoff lenders
- Issue the final title insurance product
